Cons

Lack of proper training abilities, not a single person follows the same process. Learn one way just to be told it’s wrong by someone else. Lack of support for current employees, overworked year round. Extremely long hours during peak season just to stay afloat with no reward for the time and work you have put in. You can do a million things right and they will still nitpick the one thing you do wrong. Customer’s are allowed to treat you with the MOST disrespect without any support from management. The CEO also shares his biased political opinions with complete disregard of opposing opinions.
