Great Company, but Quirky

Pros

Fun environment, you are your own boss for the most part, base pay is great & the commission for hitting plan is wonderful

Cons

A lot of luck/divine intervention is involved. A lot depends on what manager you get, what territory you are handed, and what the finance team decided your YOY plan should be. If it all goes well, it's a great gig. If it all goes wrong...

pay does not feel competitive for high COL area, increasing pressure from top to micromanage activity level day to day
