Pros
- Hilti has some great people that work for them. You will meet people that you will want to be friends with outside of work.
Cons
- Senior Management is completely out of touch with the market and with their people. There are a bunch of "yes" men in Senior Management DM level and above that seem to have no greater goal in life than to stroke the ego of the CEO - Communication throughout the organization is lousy - It is a very political environment i.e. you will not be promoted on merit but rather on who likes you higher up - Constantly reinventing the wheel and changing without rhyme or reason - Lack of Diversity - Not much appreciation for the hard work of their employees (and very little work/life balance)
