      Pros

      Was able to work at home. It was a job that helped pay the bills. Dental and vision insurance was great to have!

      Cons

      My last supervisor was not good at her job. She was the reason I left the company. The pay should have been more for everything that we did and had to put up with.

      Inconsistent & Constantly Changing Policies

      Pros

      Work from Home Build Your Own Schedule (Although hours can be scarce and hard to get the right schedule) Nice discounts on Hotel rooms if the discount is available at that particular hotel of your choosing. (Forget peak season/locations)

      Cons

      Policies are constantly changing. I've been here a little over a year and every month there is something new. Turn over is high. Management constantly nit picks over your calls. You must pitch their timeshare info on every call or be wrote up.
