      Pros

      I love that we get to stay at Hilton Hotels for only $35/night if available. I love that the schedule is flexible for you to set around what works for you.

      Cons

      -Having to take calls back to back to back can get overwhelming and if you split up your time you feel that your working all day and night. - The hourly rate is not good, unless you are exceptional at selling the partnership calls and can get a great incentive for sending callers to HGV and EHI. -

      High quality Brands, Strong service ethic, people work well together

      Cons

      History as private equity company and remnants of 2008-9 recession leads to tendency to be secretive about strategic direction & plans and to underinvest in IT.
