Pros

Liked the people and the culture a lot. Provided meals for employees in employee lounge room. Good job security.

Cons

They are extremely cheap with raises and wages. Despite having years of experience, my raise was only $0.50 an hour when promoted to a new management position; and $0.25 an hour for every year I worked. They barely want to put anyone on salary.

Pros

Engaging culture. If you're a people person than opportunities are aplenty to engage, interact and sometimes mean unique individuals from all over the world. My particular property is franchised and so thus pay isn't something you're going to survive off of nor are there any benefits, I'm sure this can vary from property-to-property.

Cons

As stated, the pay isn't phenomenal. This is somewhat expected as this is a service sector position but just as well there aren't benefits of any kind, even with regards to full-time employment.

Pros

All equipment needed for your work-at-home setup is provided by the company. Endless opportunities for overtime if desired. Rewards program has really great options to choose from.

Cons

System issues was a huge problem. Oftentimes, I would get booted from the system in the middle of a call and although I still had the guest on the line, I would have to have them hang up and call back due to an inability to transfer calls when booted by the system.
