      Pros

      Enjoyed my time at Hilton. Offered their employees many benefits and paid a competitive starting salary.

      Cons

      Didn't train new employees in the most efficient manner. It is also difficult to move up in the company since you will spend a lot of time at your starting position.

      Great company to start with

      Pros

      Hilton likes to promote from within, so there's plenty of promotion opportunities whether it's within the department or somewhere else. Hilton hotels are all over the place, so there's the potential to relocate and they make it very easy Travel benefits are a nice perk. Hilton is also rolling out new maternity/paternity benefits for families and adoption assistance. It's hospitality so you're always meeting new people.

      Cons

      It's a customer service job so it can test your patience. Time off can be hard to come by and the hours can be rough.

      Sales Administrative Assitant

      Pros

      By far one of the best companies I've ever worked with. There is always something exciting here. Plus everyone on sales team is a a joy to work with, regardless of the work load. Not sure whether to count this as a pro or con, but you'll rarely be hungry. They cater almost every day! But going back to the actual job part, it is very relaxed environment.

      Cons

      The only negative is the pay structure. I support multiple sales directors, all with diverse sales strategies. When they are all out on business travel I am the only back up available, so I end up making sales for them. Unfortunately they do not offer shared commission for my position right now, so it's a tad unfair.
