      Pros

      Emphasizes on work life balance Great culture- fun but performance driven This can vary depending on the work group you are in but the overall culture is positive and encouraging

      Cons

      No clear career path Recently revamped employee travel program which puts a cap on number of room nights per year an employee can book for themselves and their familes

      Pros

      Working from home in your PJ's is a nice perk. The Travel Discounts are incredible and they recently improved it providing food discounts up to 50% at some properties. When traveling you during personal time you have 12 brands to choose from so you can always find something.

      Cons

      The network issues working from home can be a nightmare, The system is dated. They are trying to make improvements but they still have many more to make. I have seen small improvements but the logistics of handling so many types of hardware configurations makes it a slow process and could take many more years than they would hope.

      Pros

      Great for starting out. Not many bars offer shifts where you can work 730 to 2 in the afternoon and still make money. The owner really works around my school schedule.

      Cons

      Outdoor bar so it gets hot and when it rains business comes to a stop. It's at a hotel pool so lots of kids.
