A Great Company Truly Dedicated to their Team Members

Hilton is so great at valuing and recognizing their team members, through monthly Team Member of the Month and Manager of the Quarter Celebrations, to an annual trip for the top Sales People in the company. This company truly believes in providing us with the tools and resources needed to get our job done (company phones, laptops, etc.) A pretty good employee Travel Plan offering highly discounted rooms (including for Friends or Family) Major opportunities to grow and get promoted. Hilton Employees are extremely loyal. Most colleagues have been at the same property for 12+ years. The sales world offers extremely competitive salaries and benefits and clearly attracts the best people in the business. Many people long to get in with this company.

Cons

Not many cons that I can honestly think of. As a current employee, because of the company being a public entity, there is a bit higher pressure to ensure accurate results in regard to financial performance; not really a "con" but something to consider.

-Travel benefits (I can stay at Hilton's around the world for minimal prices) - 401k matching options -Great culture -Tons of opportunity for advancement if you earn it - Ability to work anywhere in the world -Forbes top 100 companies to work for - up to 25 days of PTO accrued in your first year

Cons

-24 hour industry so the schedule can be a little tough
