There are none! Great boss, great senior leadership. You can feel that they really care, and it comes from top to bottom.

Pros

Meeting new people every day and a pay check...as that's all I can say positively.

Cons

No real room to "grow", foundation is weak, and hourly wage not worth the full responsibities.

Pros

Work from home, some agents can build their own schedule.

Cons

They have reduced our travel benefits to the point the public can find better rates than we get. We can only stay 30 nights a year. They also rip off our customers with resort fees, and increased the amount of points to make a reservations. They have farmed out jobs to the Philipines and San Salvador and the customers expense. These agents charge the customer hundreds and thousands of dollars to purchase points instead of acting in the best interest of the customer and reserving with the customers promotional certificates or advising the customer of the cost. They are little more than talking monkeys and then we (domestic agents) have to fix the messes they create.
