Pros

There's decent parking and it's in a nice part of town, the compensation can be ok. Some of the people I met while working there were very cool - but there are cool people at every company so that may not count. Also, to be fair - I keep reading people saying the office is bugged / has hidden cameras, etc. I never saw any evidence of such thing. It wouldn't surprise me given the owner's mistrust and paranoia - but I really doubt it was being done, at least while I was there.

Cons

The same ones listed over and over and over again in all the poor rating reviews. Everything bad about this place starts from the insecure little man at the top and trickles down to taint everything else. There's something really wrong with him - a personality disorder of some kind maybe? Is he an insane abusive, screaming, cursing maniac all day every day? No, of course not. There are times when he's even been known to be empathetic and generous (or at least he's pretending to be). But even if you behave normally 90% of the time, you still can't treat people in such a nasty way the other 10% and expect anything but anxiety, resentment and everyone looking for the exit ASAP. Very few people will put up with that kind of treatment, even if it's only once in a while if they have other options. Hand to God, I once overheard a meeting while this dude was in the middle of a typical screaming tantrum and I stopped to listen and I heard him call the employees as a collective "The Mother(expletive)s who steal my money!!". I almost choked from laughing - but that's the way this guy views the world. He'll get super angry that he can't understand the thick accents of the foreign workers (which he hired, possiy because they work for less and need to keep their jobs to stay in the usa) and yell at them to SPEAK ENGLISH OR GO BACK HOME!!! He's used the "C" word about women who work there (behind their back only). There's really no limit to what comes out of that insipid little mouth.

Pros

Growth opportunity, bonuses (from cash to gift cards), fun coworkers! Management is attentive and easy to talk to. I like to keep busy and days fly by here.

Cons

When the phones get busy it's hard to manage all workload.
