They have good insurance and a pretty generous time off policy. They want to see you succeed in your job

Cons

The office is pretty cut and dry. It is a "cubicle farm". Work week is not 40 hour week week, it is actually 43+. This was not clear to me until after I started. There is quite a bit of work at the moment that I do that was not detailed on the job description which came as a surprise (and challenge).

The company never bothers you as long as you do your job. Insurance is a major plus company paid. I have 7 members on insurance the cost is only 55 dollars month

Cons

Slow equipment,and the motels are not the best for open board drivers

Each quarter we invest in new tractors and trailers to maintain service quality and the safety of our employees is of upmost importance. We also try our best to provide clean and convenient motels for our drivers.
