Pros

Health ins. is the best (union). No one really cares in mgmt., everyone is just putting in there time,so you can do whatever you want. Afraid to fire drivers (shortage). Rules not enforced. Employees pretend to work and they pretend to pay us. (and that's the pros)

Cons

Co. is run just for the top 5 to 8 senior managers. They get huge bonuses and everyone else gets nada. Still has huge debt that will take 20 yrs. to get down at the current rate. Terrible outdated equipment, dirty terminals, pay $5/hr below competition, pension payments 25% of what they should be, fewer wks vacation, 18 months longer to get to scale. Anyone healthy is crazy to get a job here. No future. The co. will continue to stagger forward at best.

Cons

Where do I begin? No training, antiquated computers and software, no place to eat lunch, I had to eat in my car since 30 minutes wasn't enough time to go someplace. Nasty mean co-workers who refused to teach me how to do the job. Being told I was too old to learn anything. It's too bad I didn't have a hidden voice recorder when that was said to me. I was lied to before hired, this is nothing more than a call center.

Pay is good. Corporate is trying to make things more positive, they just need more terminals to cooperate and engage in morale boosters. Company has a decent reputation. They have a lot of long term employees. Not much micro-management for now.

Cons

Rude, No Comrodery, Mgt creates drama, Harrassing, Terrible morale. Secretive, Judgemental, Not tolerant of diversity, Difficult to approach others, Bad customer service, Racist and sexist comments are expressed openly. Many employees are very negative.
