Flexible scheduling Generally nice clients Easy clock in and out methods

Cons

Terrible pay Puts lots of wear and tear on your personal vehicle People often quit leaving others to fill in dropped shifts and sometimes leave clients without care for the week Sometimes expect shifts longer than 12 hours

Pros

The owner is understanding and does his best to match caregivers with the right setting for them. The pay and hours are great! It is nice working in a field where you know you are making a positive impact on peoples' lives.

Cons

It is hard to see ill patients pass away after being a part of their lives for so long.
