Pros

Love the merchandise and the customers. My fellow employees are great and we all love working there.

Cons

The management treats employees as if they are disposable. Which, they are I guess because turnover within this company is often. The employees are expected to do much more work than they are able to within the given time frame not to mention the lack of adequate staff means that everyone has to stop what they are doing to do something else. The store manager admitted to me that she's aware that any position less than an ASM is not worth the pay but assured me that "It's worth it if you stick it out". Pay for associates, coordinators, and key carriers is very low for the amount of work and loyalty they expect.

Pros

I’ve worked for this company for a long time. Grassroots employee and worked my way up. I really enjoy working with people, our merchandise, and most of the customers. The benefits are decent, 401k plan is great, and bonuses as a manger can be really good if your store does well in sales

Cons

HR sucks. Plain and simple. Incredibly useless and when a real problem with personnel complaints or harassment is brought to their attention, they turn the other cheek. Transfers are botched, and it’s hard to even get a reply back sometimes for weeks on end.

Pros

the coworkers are nice, some will become your mentors the job is steady if you are full time full time benefits are decent

Cons

having worked here for more than 3 years, I started out loving my work and now I have grown to hate it. The coordinators complaining about how their departments are always screwed up, a manager who hates your work and changes it constantly, it's become just a job. high turnover, if in a standalone store, payroll is super tight new hires wont get trained; I wasn't trained when I was promoted to coordinator, you just learn as you go. HR really is a joke
