Pros

Provides an opportunity to learn and develop because you have to figure alot of things out yourself.

Cons

The wrong people are in the wrong positions, they are under qualified. The company has outgrown alot of the senior management. Also the chances of being promoted from within are very small as they hire from the outside for Supervisor and above postitions.

Pros

- USA operations of an international company with outstanding profit potential - demonstrates that it cares about it's employees across the USA - leaders who are down to earth, approachable and smart - people here walk the talk that so many other companies don't

Cons

- rapid growth makes for chaotic work pace at times but for people who like a challenge, and obtaining rewards it makes sense - European "open floor plan" takes some getting use to but it's better than everyone hiding in offices - the pace of growth present growing pains so it's not perfect but on the important matters the leaders care and the employees know that

Pros

Company has potential, work place clean, people friendly. The receptiionist is pleasant and friendly.

Cons

Upper managment team led by micro manager who doesnt seem to know a lot about the business or how to improve it, if he doesnt like you forget about moving up. Management not very professional could use training on how to conduct themselves in the work environment. This seems to be fostered by the head leader who seems to use scare tactics to manage people and much too casual conversations with employees who are not in management. Management who worked in other businesses have lowered their work ethics and standards when coming to company. Systems outdated. Many of the customers are elderly and dont seem to understand that the coverage is optional, seem to think it is their utility bill. Company fined 2011 for bad sales pratices in the UK, being investigated again in May2012. The company has been fined in the US for deceptive marketing but continues to send out similar material. Training not very organized spent more time talking about the trainers personal life than training, didnt know a lot about the material.
