A great company to work for

Pros

The company has a very active HR department known as People Connect, which helps create a supportive and responsive environment for employees. The Voice of Employee committee regularly listens to employees' suggestions and promptly addresses any questions or issues. A lot of fun events are organized to foster connections among staff. People are friendly and supportive. While the work is fast-paced, the company is mindful of maintaining a work-life balance and keeps several work-from-home weeks throughout the year. Senior management is easily accessible, and the personable CEO holds monthly town hall meetings to maintain open communication with the team.

Cons

There is a need to improve technology and efficiency and to build a more solid infrastructure. However, these areas for improvement offer great opportunities for employees to make a significant impact.

Thanks for the great feedback about your experience working with HomeServe. You clearly have seen that our teams go above and beyond to keep everyone informed and engaged in a number of ways. You've likely heard of late that there are some technology transformation plans already underway. And while these things can take time, we're confident they'll make a difference for we work alongside. Thanks for being part of the team!
