Pros

A great culture, working with very talented people. Probably the most progressive company that I have worked for. Compensation and benefits are good.

Cons

Working way too many hours and the work is never enough. Told what is not getting done, but no recognition for the work that is getting done.

While you're no longer part of our team at HomeServe, we hope you enjoyed your time while you were with us. As you note, people and culture are HUGE at HomeServe. It's among the things we pride ourselves on, so thanks for being part of it. If you ever felt under-appreciated, know that wasn't intended. We genuinely couldn't do what we do without the people working alongside us. We're people-focused inside and out, so if there are opportunities for us to improve, we certainly will try. Wherever your career has taken you, we hope you're happy and well.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about working alongside us at HomeServe. Our People Team has worked hard to design a meaningful benefits package that makes a difference to the people who enroll in our plans, so we’re really glad to hear how much you appreciate all the things we offer. We do understand that when call volumes are high that can make work harder. To say we’re endlessly appreciative of how you and everyone on the team rallies to support our customers in these moments is an understatement. Be sure to chat with your manager and leadership team regularly, especially when you see opportunities for us to communicate system changes in better ways. Thanks for being part of the team!

Pros

- Unlimited PTO - Flexibility - Intelligent, Understanding, and Knowledgeable colleagues - Culture - Meaningful work - The people. As authentic as a work environment can be. I have worked at several places and you can tell when there is a fakeness. Here, it seems genuine. It starts at the leadership where they care about the company and the employees and I haven't seen anything yet to prove otherwise.

Cons

I don't view these as real cons. More like not greats... - Comp can be better but it is fair and the other benefits make up for it. - Unclear career movement. It is a smaller company but no org charts. It is hard to even know who to speak with about an internal roles.
