Caring culture, opportunity for growth.

Working with more college grads would be nice, the lack of education in some co-workers can really be challenging.

Pros

Health insurance, 401k and pto.

Cons

Management gives a lot of lip service internally and externally about what a great company they are to work for. Employees are miserable and turnover is high. Those with talent leave or are on the way out the door. Don’t believe a word they say in your interview, it’s all lies.

Pros

None. It’s the worst. Run!!

Cons

The Regional of Battle Creek was fired by another local credit union and has been promoted at Honor. She does nothing but go on vacation as a previous review stated. I hope Mexico was as great as you state! Wait how many vacations this year? And yes I am sure we make a lot less than her but to continually rub her power in our face is disgusting. I am so sick of being treated this way.
