Pros

Company is working on a goal everyone can relate to - how to make sure our parents and grandparents can be cared for when we're not around. Company is doing well and growing quickly - just raised a large financing that will last the company quite a while. Great group of both business, ops and tech folks that are working together to solve a complex issue. Very collaborative spirit overall that is highly supportive of working parents. More women and ethnic diversity than any company I've seen in the start up world.

Cons

Company has typical growing pains of company of this stage - fast growth on teams, increasing focus on financial sustainability, harder to know everyone.

Thanks for your review, we're really proud of our diversity and how well our different teams work together. Cross-team collaboration and communication is so critical to accomplishing the mission's goals and it's something we try to improve every day. We definitely acknowledge we do have some growing pains, and one of the best ways to adapt is to listen to employees... they are the best sources of where we can improve and make changes to help Honor be an even better place to work.

Pros

- People: Honor employees are hired for their heads and their hearts. The company is full of passionate, compassionate, and devoted problem solvers. - Purpose: For me, there is no higher mission to solve than revolutionizing the way we and our loved ones age in our homes. - Function: Every job is cross-functional at Honor. We're constantly learning and working as a collaborative team.

Cons

- Drinking from the fire hose: It takes a lot of energy and commitment to work at Honor. Because the company is solving problems that haven't been solved before, there is a lot to take in. - Constant evolution: At times, decision-making gets kicked down the road. Not unexpected for a startup at this stage, but decisions are made intentionally and thus can take longer than desired.

Thank you for your feedback and recommendation of Honor, it means the world to the founders that you're a part of our mission. The cross-functional nature of teams is something that we constantly strive to improve as it's critical to making sure we can deliver the highest quality service. Duly noted on making sure we are always responsive to feedback and keeping an eye on company transparency. We are fast-paced and definitely should always keep in mind how we are making tradeoffs and focusing on the right priorities. To address your comments on benefits, we have a pipeline of initiatives we'd like to roll out and it's something we re-evaluate every year as we grow. Thank you for being patient!
