Thank you - your perspective is helpful and we appreciate you taking the time to share about your time with Honor. As a former Learning & Development employee, you're well aware of one of our company values - The work we do is hard and change tends to be constant. We all have to be willing to learn and grow professionally on the regular. When each of us stretches in new directions, questions assumptions, and takes bigger chances, we blaze new trails that lead to better care for more people. We are delighted you appreciated the autonomy to learn and grow and all the feedback you shared. We wish you the very best.

Pros

Remote work environment, benefits a plus

Cons

Was promised the most amazing career developing experience, so many opportunities they said. Left a good job to take a chance. Pulled the wool over my eyes. Wolves in sheep clothing. The directors and managers make you feel so small then only to be laid off. ANOTHER LARGE LAY OFF. If you are considering working here really look at the track record. Too many changes at too fast of a pace.
