Pros

Work from home. That's pretty much it. Work from home.

Cons

New leadership - Most in their positions less than 6 months. The only thing they are leading is folks away from the company. No investment in staff. The expectation is that you work in your position until you are burned out and then they are happy to replace you.

Thank you for your review. Our industry is certainly a challenge, as we are always seeking to help families find caregivers that they love. Organizational restructuring early in 2020 and then COVID have led us to make some difficult decisions about setting up our team structure to adapt to the dynamic times. Despite these changes, we feel very optimistic about the future and the growth potential ahead.

Pros

They'll bring on board making you feel hopeful about your future in their company.

Cons

Sad truth, is you'll see reality when you start noticing they do not keep their promises. If you need to go to school they will not fit your work hours around you. They always forget that you as a caregiver are a contractor, you don't work for them. In reality they work for you, because without your work they just wouldn't have a job, now would they? They charge the client 28 dollars an hour and only give you pocket change plus all they deduct out if your weekly pay check. Quit this job and get a regular one. These people will try to take advantage of you and it's not worth your gas money having different assignments from house to house town to town. They may have their master's degrees but your the one doing the job they get paid for, and they're just giving you the peanuts. You'll earn more by going into business for yourself, or having another job.
