Pros

The mission is the only good pro

Cons

This company is consistently having layoffs! (Before covid 19) They let people go in January - early March, I understand they believe some roles aren’t essential but I’ve noticed people who weren’t performing were still kept at the company. The culture is very catty! It’s hard to achieve anything because there is a team vs team mentality here. Leadership doesn’t back you up and it leaves us in an uncomfortable position. When you try to SPEAK UP about a manager, no one does anything about it. I’ve had a manager be extremely rude through Slack yet no one blinked an eye. HR is very unapproachable as stated in previous reviews. Steer clear from this company.

Everyone is in constant fear of getting laid off or terminated The is no direction and every week it feels like something has to be changed because it is broken Employee cliques and judgmental staff (constant gossiping) Management favoritism Poor leadership Medical plans designed for employees that make a lot of money but not the Care Pros our regular HQ staff An HR department that doesn't care about all of the HQ employees
