      Pros

      It's exciting to be part of a company that is using technology to improve an industry that is notoriously outdated. It's a busy and stressful job, and feels productive at the end of the day. The people that work here are all driven by a mission to help the seniors we serve, and are really qualified for the jobs they do. I'm proud to work with the team members here, from associates to higher level leaders.

      Cons

      As with all jobs in Home Care, it's easy for people to reach a point of burn out and caring-fatigue. This job doesn't always feel warm and fuzzy. If you're going to work here, you have to be ready for the tougher sides of this job.
