Pros

Nice benefits & average pto (sick time now accrued separately)

Cons

Management changes things to much without thinking logically on the impacts of patients & employees. Once things change it's the blind leading the blind. Since early 2017 things have gone downhill with the merge (Scottsdale healthcare) . More work, no raises, strict department budget! Employees feeling less valued, & lazy coworkers NOT accountable or properly trained to do their workload, which results in other team members doing more work while others do minimal.

Pros

Pay, medical and dental look good (i dont use it)

Cons

High expectations without the tools to accomplish the job with quality. No room for growth, people are staying in their jobs which is good, but it doesnt allow anyone else to progress.
