Pros

Amazing people work here; high quality talent and welcoming personalities. Everyone works together to meet needs and exceeds most expectations.

Cons

Management is not transparent in communication and foster a feeling of being extremely replaceable. Turnover rate is rather high for an IT department.

Compensation fairness

Pros

CEO and senior management team members make (take) excessive compensation packages. Public image is excessively spent upon while reality dwindles.

Cons

Healthcare workers are compensated poorly. Basic supplies and healthcare services are reduced while profits are doled out lavishly to executives. The CEO has manipulated a greater than 10 fold increase in 10 years! At the expense of staff. The latest annual bonus would fund over 100 full-time nurses for one year yet budget cuts continue. As a not-for-profit hospital organization, profits are to be reinvested in core goal activities. Not to enrich the CEO and management team. During this same 10 years, employee insurance programs have also become drastically more costly to the employee for less coverage. The net effect is that healthcare workers compensation (who provide the services) are going backwards while senior management enjoys ridiculous compensation.

Pros

They have a great medical insurance plan. They have a reasonable starting pay rate. They have a nice health/fitness improvement program.

Cons

Terrible work life balance. Company is very demanding of your time and it does not care if it affects your personal life or even your physical health. Company's upper management has poor internal communication which leads to confused and frustrated employees. Very high turnover rate.
