Pros
Good staff, friendly, hard working coworkers. Staff who is looking out for the best interest of patients.
Cons
The Leadership is abysmal. Too much cronyism from the top down. Management spends too much time in meetings looking for solutions to problems when the answer is in the mirror. Lack of respect for staff resulting in very low morale. Inability to get equipment due to attempts to keep budget low only results in poor work. Things have only gone from bad to worse since merging with John C. Lincoln.
