The organization has a wonderful mission and provides personalized therapy for children and their families. There are a lot of growth and development opportunities at all levels of the organization. Hopebridge provides on the job training and development dollars for their employees.

Cons

Due to the rapid growth of the organization teams are lean. However, the organization is working toward creating addition roles clinically and operationally to accommodate this growth.
