The other therapists front desk staff members.. that's it

Literally the only thing Kim Strunk (owner) cares about is seeing how many facilities she can open to make more money. The therapists and staff are wonderful however they are overworked, underpaid, mistreated, and there is no supervision for any therapist in a role where they need and legally require support and supervision. It was only a matter of time before everyone I worked with there has since quit due to mistreatment. It's honestly really sad that a former OT can become so money hungry and care so much about that and not what it's really about, the service they provide to the kids. I really hope things have changed there.

Pros

Supportive management, they gave me the tools and direction I needed to succeed and helped me prioritize projects when I had questions. Hopebridge hires people who do good work and they trust them to do their jobs without micromanaging. It's very fulfilling to be part of a company who not only cares about the families and children we help, but their employees too. They show their appreciation with employee events, giveaways, and fun contests throughout the year.

Cons

Working for such a rapidly growing company can be tricky and stressful, but they do a good job helping you understand how your role impacts the business and in turn impacts the children and families we serve.

Pros

I really cant say anything good about the company I am being very true it is really sad but I am totally honest

Cons

there was no training, was no management ,no structure you cant ask questions or you get yelled at after 1 week with no training horrible place to work
