Pros

-Work with children and feel like you make a difference -Collaborative work environment (ABA, OT, PT, Speech, Feeding) -Passionate coworkers -Understanding with emergency situations for employees -Healthcare with company paid benefits and some reimbursement (mileage, certification fees, continuing education) -PTO, 401(k)--->recent -Bonuses -Student programs (graduate school supervision, volunteer opportunities) -insurance section at corporate to help new families -Each clinic has their own "personality" which can mean employees can initiate programming or volunteer/community events, etc. per the approval of management and the clinic -Meetings with corporate members -Interdepartmental meetings and trainings -RBT credential training -they have restructured pay rates, performance reviews, and raises.

Cons

-Communication between corporate and clinics has always been poor. They have restructured and are still struggling. -They are expanding too quickly. They need to make sure newly established clinics are stable before opening new ones. -Growing pains in new clinics mean a lack of policy or procedures until a problem arises needing one. -Expensive healthcare -Empty promises with bonuses or raises unless you fight for it. Get everything in writing. -Becoming increasingly focused on ABA and hiring people (quantity over quality) -Reimbursement and bonuses can take months -lack of training programs in newer clinics -Provide tuition reimbursement, but it is not organized well at all

Pros

Working with people that really care about the children that we are able to help. Being able to contribute in helping children to get the therapy that they need. Management is understanding regarding family obligations and they are flexible.

Cons

The main downfall to working at the Corporate Office is that they used to be in Kokomo. I moved from Indy to Kokomo over 2 years ago, got this job. Now, they have moved the Corporate Office to Indy. I cannot drive because of health issues, thank God that I am able to car pool. It is very inconvenient, but thankful I have a job.
