Pros

Being able to have free travel benifits for you and your family but it is stand by which can have its down sides for sure.

Cons

Horrible pay. You work 4-5 flights a day basically everyday. 10 hour days are very common as well but you only get paid for block time so it’s not good. You miss out on most holidays and basically all weekends for the first few years until you’re more senior. Management isn’t very good. Over all moral I feel wasn’t ever very good. You work with a lot of people who have been doing the job too long and are just grumpy.

Dishonesty, Low pay ($19,000) first year, fully takes advantage of employees. Even employees who have been here for 13-15 years are jumping ship, leaving for other carriers.

Good health benefits. You get a really really good feeling in your heart when you quit.

Cons

Poor management No leadership No vision Don't really care about the individual No career movement Low, Low, Low pay union in place due to poor management, but they blame labor Silo'd workplace. Not encouraged to step outside your box to help others 'Do as I say, not as I do' leadership mentality Turns good employees into bad ones I could go on and on and on CEO walked into our crew room one day and not only mentioned that we're all lucky to have jobs, but we should be willing to work for low pay because 'we love what we do'
