You get great benefits all around! they really are amazing!! You can fly for free anywhere in the us and the health benefits are great too

Cons

You never get to see people. It is a lonely career and if you have a family of your own you will not be able to put them first anymore

The flight benefits are always a plus. The people you work with really do become your family.

Cons

The mandatory hours are absolutely ridiculous. If you plan on having a life outside of work, don't apply for Horizon Air. You will not get one. The management in-station has been effy in the past. Now, it has only gotten worse. Extremely unprofessional. The gossiping between supervisors and mangers is disgusting for the work place. The unprofessional relationships between agents and supervisors.
