It's Decent

Pros

- Had really friendly supportive coworkers. - Role was hybrid at the time so my schedule was extremely flexible. Because of this I had a good work life balance. - If there was a difficult client, managers would have your back. - Management was hands off and didn't micromanage me. - Good start up role to get if you want to break into the social work field. - Decent benefits like PTO, sick leave, etc.

Cons

- There's a reason there's such a high turnaround rate. Burnout is rampant because the job is emotionally taxing. - Management would sometimes move the goal posts. For example, never receiving the promotion I was promise or adding more clients to a maxed out caseload. - Not really any incentives or upward career mobility. - Pay is laughable, especially when you could earn more working at a fast food restaurant. - Training is subpar. Unless you have an awesome coworker showing you the ropes, you're likely going to struggle with doing your job competently.
