We updated our salary schedule to match the salary range to market value for Case Managers and we provided significant salary increases for Case Mangers in 2022 and again in 2023, as well as a higher across the board increase for all employees in 2024 than in previous years. We continuously monitor our compensation and benefits plans to offer the best plans possible within our budgetary limits. 10 Month Contracts to be off in the summer were amazing when my child was small. I was not micromanaged by my supervisor at the time so I greatly appreciated that.

Cons

Working in schools, which can be hard to navigate in this area.
