I am so glad you chose to use the word “family” in your review…in so many instances, we have seen the company and coworkers rally around employees to celebrate happy times, and provide support during tough times. The family-like atmosphere is hard to find in an employer, particularly in larger organizations. As Horizon has grown and expanded, our leaders have remained committed to that supportive, servant-leadership philosophy. In addition to our internal support systems, Horizon and its people are so generous in giving their time, talents, and donations to many charitable organizations in our communities and beyond. We believe in holding people accountable, but as you mentioned, if you do your job and stay focused on the right things, we like to give people the space to do what they do best. Many of our changes and process improvements over the years have come from the people who do the work each and every day.
