I'm sorry to see your negative review. With such limited information, it is hard to assess what was unsatisfactory to you or work to address any issues. We have not had any employees communicate concerns like this to Human Resources or through the exit interview process, which is conducted with every employee who leaves voluntarily Based on your review, you are a former employee. I don't know the circumstances of why you are no longer with the company, but I welcome your feedback and examples. Please feel free to contact Human Resources to share your concerns. I'm glad you enjoyed your coworkers--we do have great people at Horizon!

Thank you for your kind words about our people and our total rewards package. Managers do truly care about all employees, and it is nice to know you felt it during your time at Horizon. Of course we value our engineers, but we very much recognize that all positions are necessary for the success of the organization. Everybody plays a part in one way or another to delivering great products to our consumers. I am sorry you did not feel there were opportunities to advance at Horizon. As an organization with relatively low turnover, sometimes it can take time before the right opening presents itself. In the meantime, employees who want to expand their scope of responsibilities or enrich their current positions are generally encouraged to do so.
