Pros and cons but bad leadership

Pros

Many of my colleagues were engaged and sincere; the product itself was pretty great and inspired pride; the bonus system was consistent

Cons

Leadership. There were 3 presidents in the 3 years I was there and a lot of palpable dysfunction in the leadership ranks. Japan did little to truly fix the problem and didn't seem to care about the employees as long as they got their profit from the American operation. Employee activities and perks were quite limited and had been scaled down from previous years.
