      Pros

      Working with the Revenue Generation Team was always a pleasure as any direction handed down from them is clear and concise.

      Cons

      Operations is a cluster, and when you have issues it's hard to get support. You can be a hard worker but it will be used to their advantage in the form of you working 60-70 hours weekly. Communication is non existent and you spend entirely to many hours reporting. The values that once were are now lost in the greed of upper management and corporate dreams over grown portfolio to fatten their paychecks and retirement accounts. They will tell you what you want to hear so you'll do what they need you to do then promise you the world but hand you a run down village. The disconnects between corporate and property level management is disheartening and they truly could careless about you.

I'm sorry that you experienced a lack of communication with our Operations team. As communication continues to evolve, it's always a top-priority for us. We set big goals last year to improve communication tools and have since implemented several ideas with much success!       If you referred someone for a management position you received $500 after they made their 90 days.

      Cons

      This company has no clue what they are doing. I put in my 2 weeks notice which they accepted but didnt want me to work the 2 weeks which is normal, but they gave me the biggest fit about not paying me for those 2 weeks. Then it took forever when I bugged them enough that they finally agreed to pay me. I also had an expense check that I turned in on my last day of employment that took a very long time to get to me, like a month. I would not recommend working for this company at all. They are badgering and belittling too. The hotel was run down with mold and the renovations were shotting and horrible. I tripped and fell and they asked that I please dont sue them. They do not have a clue how to run a hotel.
