Pros

Howard Hughes is overall a great company. They are growing rapidly and the CEO is a very smart man.

Cons

There is no loyalty to employees that have been with the company for several years. Rather than promote from within, they'd rather lay off and change the title to hire someone new.

Pros

Great people, wonderful benefits, they have a really great appreciation of employees. They also spend freely on the latest business tools, education and training.

Cons

There is a culture of passing the buck so that there is always one crisis after the other because nobody wants to be responsible for making a decision. Also, you would think with the Howard Hughes branding you would have Class A assets.... Like I said, mediocre at best.

Howard Hughes has sunk to a new low. They have made separating with the company due to COVID the most horrible experience at a time when people are at their most vulnerable. After not providing severance to hundreds of people, they have now , in the last week of December, terminated COBRA medical benefits. THE LAST WEEK OF DECEMBER AND THEY CUT PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILY's MEDICAL BENEFITS.
