      - no longer has the coolaid culture

      Cons

      - now has all the cons of a larger sized business red tape, shady decisions coming down from the top

      Great people - need to better align action with values

      Pros

      -The people are consistently intelligent, welcoming, helpful, and a pleasure to work with - and this seems to be the case across many segments/teams -unlimited PTO is real and encouraged -commitment to D,I, &B is visible -lots of opportunities to give and receive feedback

      Cons

      -inequitable and below market compensation puts a damper on everything else. I’m not sure all the positives outweigh this. When feedback is given about this issue to leaders, the response has been either “we hear you” and/or “we agree but we’re not going to be able to do anything about it anytime soon” The unspoken sentiment seems to be that everyone is replaceable and HubSpot has such a good reputation that they can get away with this. Does not line up with HEART.
