Thank you so much for your review! Your insight is valuable and we agree that Support is critical to our success. We do have high "turn-up" in Support as most of our Hudlies go on to do other amazing things at Hudl. We recognize that we can always get better, though, so this perspective is really helpful and we appreciate you sharing.

Pros

Get to work with great people and love the fact that we are building tops for coaches. Hudl is constantly working to get better when it comes to process and product.

Cons

The work environment can binge we at times. In the thick of football and basketball season, it can be all hands on deck.

Pros

When I first started at Hudl, I was blown away by the culture and people. It was so supportive, engaging, and felt extremely employee-first. The people remain fantastic, but unfortunately the culture has taken a down-turn within the last few years. - Excellent team members and relationship-building - Fairly competitive pay and benefits - Remote work, unlimited PTO, and flexible work schedule - Sabbaticals that they provide for 5 year anniversaries are really special and unique

Cons

- Too hyper-focused on acquisition after acquisition and growing revenue as fast as possible at potentially the risk of long-term success - Multiple RIFs, organizational changes, and policy updates in short amount of time, eroding trust and decreasing employee-first culture - Vocally supportive of DEIAB and neurodivergence, but not enough tangible action - Priorities repeatedly shifting very short-notice, leading to wasted effort, confusion, stress, short deadlines, and incomplete/lower-quality products - Inconsistent performance management

Thank you for your honest feedback. It’s great to hear you’re still enjoying being a part of our incredible team and making the most of the world-class benefits we offer. At the same time, we take your concerns about shifting priorities, rapid growth and consistency very seriously. We’re always focused on refining our performance management processes and ensuring that our growth strategies don’t compromise our employee-first culture. We also remain committed to making Hudl the most welcoming, inclusive company possible, and will pass along the need to better communicate about our work and progress in the space. Thanks for helping us improve so we can continue to grow together.
