Pros

This hospital has an amazing team of people working for it. All departments strive to work together to do what is best for the patient. It's small enough for it to be like a large family, and yet we have the best team of Orthopedic professionals on staff in the region.

Cons

The small hospital world isn't for everyone. Some thrive in larger organizations. However, if you know how to really join in as a team player and bring your "A" game every day; this is a great place to be.
