DO NOT WORK HERE

Pros

If you are an engineer, you have great colleagues, assuming they aren't your boss.

Cons

The engineering director has no idea what he is doing, and has no finance background. His presence in meetings is a massive distraction to actually getting work done. After he leaves a meeting, there is at least a 5 minute period of laughing about what had just happened. They have a horrible test environment. They don't like employees making suggestions. You will never get anymore shares. If you love politics and thinking inside the box, this is the job for you!

Pros

- You can expense pretty much anything without management blinking an eye - President club trip locations are nice - If you like hands off training and mentoring, you will love this place

Cons

- Culture is based around toxic friend groups and how well you can sh** talk. - Pay for leadership is extremely low - Work life balance is almost non-existent in any role. They have "unlimited PTO" but if you take a day off, you are behind by 5 days. Can barely hit quota without taking PTO. -CRO and VP's cater to folks who have been there the longest and those who are willing to toss folks on their team under the bus to advance themselves. - ZERO TRAINIG for leadership - You are a babysitter in any leadership (Regional Sales Director) role. You are not helping your team sell, you are mitigating fights between team members, and blocking/playing first line of defense when insane requests come from VPs and CROs. - There is not a PIP program in place for Regional Sales Directors.. Your VP can terminate whenever they feel they've used and abused you enough. - VP's and Regional Sales Directors - most should not be in the role they are in. Most have maybe a year (if that of management experience) and CANNOT make hard decisions. Most decisions (territory & partner assignments) are based off friendships the VP's or Sales Directors have with their PAM's and AE's.

CEO Denies Inflation

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Good Healthcare for you, but not for your family. Most team members are great.

Cons

CEO denies inflation and will not consider COL raises despite far exceeded revenue and sales goals. Cannot keep engineers employer, so the operations team is forced do almost all the work manually (all while saying -lying- that we are completely automated) The few engineers who do stick around are mean and impossible to work with Communication is horrible and the leadership teams can never keep the documents updated. They say that want to help American's save for retirement, but they don't care. They just want money, but none of it will go to the employees. Severely underpay for the industry
