I've worked in 2 departments and both have been phenomenal. Lots of room for professional development. Education/Tuition reimbursement is a plus, but only $5,000/yr
Cons
You're at the helm of your organization's VP. The direction of the company has trended down over the past 3 years. There is tons of focus on AI (like any company) and it complicates your work. Even if a 3rd party vendor is proven to have poor results, Humana will throw tons of money at them and sign a contract without including necessary employees in those discussions.
