Work from home, good benefits like education reimbursement.

Cons

Work setting was very institutional like. I was let go deep into the merger that was happening between Aetna and Humana, approaching my 2 year mark to receive the company match for retirement. I felt I was targeting because of the high cost I represented on the balance sheet and the fact that jobs needed to be cut.
