Pros

So many wellbeing resources. Decent payscale and most jobs are remote or hybrid. Lots of career cultivation resources to help professional growth

Cons

It depends on the supervisor you get as to how you're treated. Most are decent but the bad ones stand out and don't seem to have repercussions. Also so many changes recently means lots of layoffs. The higher up in the chain the person is, the less care they have for the average employee even just in regular conversations & meetings
