If management didn't like you you were subjected to daily gaslighting and other forms of narcissistic abuse.

This is probably one of the biggest gaslighting companies that I have ever worked for. My "supervisor" and her minion are the absolute worse- unbelievably passive aggressive, liars, arrogant, RUDE, narcissistic and major gaslighters* plus, they both have the personality of a brick wall- They do not believe in smiling , laughing or speaking to one with respect- they over talk you, try to dumb you down, insult your intelligence and genuinely believe the only right way is their way- they hated when proven wrong! I can go on and on and on with examples, but, I won't blast them that much. Oh, and the company did a huge layoff in November (right before the holidays) - they laid me off 3 months within my employment with them, and had absolutely no remorse- but they preach so much about mental health 🙄- it was nice coming home the night before Thanksgiving to a severance package (which they breached) on my doorstep- then that following Monday the "great" CEO sent photos to everyone with his family smiling, happy and enjoying his Thanksgiving peacefully without a care in the world while 1k employees are distraught wondering how they're going to pay their bills, take care of their kids, and find a new job- all while trying to plan for the holidays. This company is unbelievably selfish, their higher-ups are beyond rude and arrogant (power trip), and they will not like you if you call them out on their passive aggressive behaviors! However, being laid-off was a HUGE blessing in disguise as I am now with a way better Healthcare company making quadruple the pay. Oh, and one more thing.... when I first started I was unaware that overtime was shunned upon within the company- I worked 3 hours overtime and my narcissistic "supervisor" REFUSED to pay me what I PSYCHICALLY worked and told me that OVERTIME IS NOT ALLOWED 🥴 so she did not pay me for my 3 hours OVERTIME- I assured her it was totally illegal to refuse someone pay that they psychically worked - she brought it to HR and agreed to only pay me the 3 hrs at NORMAL PAY - which is also very illegal- I didn't care to fight it any longer- it was what it was in that moment and that "supervisor" is the type who would've fired me for no reason. Trust me when I say, there is better out there, do not settle.
