Great company to work for. The grass doesn't get much greener.

Doesn't matter how hard you work, but who you know. Doesn't matter if you have a degree, but who you know and your previous work titles (vs skill or job description). They'll hire you as a director or manager with only a highschool diploma and no experience if you know the right people. Corrupt hiring process moving up in the company. Let's not even talk about the amount of money they throw away on poor business practice and how customer issues are treated behind the scenes... at least they are rewarding to their customers with gifts and well-being.
