      NONE NADA ZERO ZILCH NOTHING

      absolute worst experience ever.If you aren't a huge brown noser or related to a higher up,you will be treated with no respect whatsoever. Managers/team leads have free run of this company and many times , they have no clue as to what they are doing ,yet THEY tell you how to do your job. Forget about calling HR ,no help there. If you question unfair practices or try to stand up for your rights, you will be hounded and constantly reminded this is at will employment and you can be "let go" anytime. If you are a favorite here, you can get away with ANYTHING. If not , nothing can save you. Horrible company...RUN

      Humana supports bullying tactics by upper management. 4 staff in the Great Lakes Region tried to transfer and our director found a way to sabotage the transfer. Turn over Rate in our Region was huge and no one left because of the work it was always about our Director. In one year we have lost over 7 employees and this is expectable to HR

      Pros

      Humana is a nice place to work, with constant and steady values that do make the employee feel important and secure. Humana definitely pushes the health responsibility of the individual, making sure that people take responsibility for their lifestyle habits.

      Cons

      Overall pay and compensation could be better. Benefits for Employees is not that great considering it is a healthcare company. There is an inconsistentcy in the policies around the company specifically with managing the workforce, telecommuting acceptance, and knowledge dispersal.
