Leaders lack the ability to stay mutual and focus on mission by finding a way to find and maintain good team member. They only value robotic people who don’t think for themselves. They fear people with good work ethic that have good ideas, which they take as their own. Or if the don’t like you, they make it a point to lie to your face and find a way to get ride if you even if your are doing your job well.
